Training Contract

Two-year training contract consisting of four seats, typically around six months per seat. Seats cover both contentious and non-contentious work and the firm adopts a flexible approach to seat length and allocation where appropriate. Trainees are supervised by a senior specialist lawyer in each seat and also get exposure to other lawyers in the team. The training principal (Lucy Foster) holds formal review meetings with trainees every three months to monitor progress and plan subsequent seats. The firm aims for the final seat to be in the team the trainee intends to qualify into.

Mentorship
