Geographic Focus: Core strength and market focus is East Anglia (Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties) with an additional office in Leeds to serve Yorkshire clients. Training Contract

Trainees rotate through multiple seats across the firm's legal disciplines. The programme is structured with regular supervisory meetings and mid-seat and end-seat performance reviews. On‑the‑job development is supported by an in‑house trainee skills programme which includes monthly half‑day technical and essential skills workshops. Trainees work closely with partners and solicitors and are expected to develop both technical capability and leadership potential.

  • Academic Requirements: Applicants must have at least a 2.1 degree and have passed or will have passed the LPC course by the September of the year they are applying for; or applicants must have passed both SQE 1 and 2 and now require two years or less of QWE (qualifying work experience).
