Training Contract

Two-year training programme with a structured rotational model comprising four six‑month seats. Trainees are based within a nominated locational area for the duration (Central Belt — Edinburgh/Glasgow; Dundee; Aberdeen; Inverness) and may commute between offices within that locational area for rotations. The application process includes an online application form, an Assessment Day (group exercise, interview, written exercise), a Summer Internship for shortlisted candidates and a Partner panel interview for final-stage selection into traineeships.

• Qualification Rate: 75% retention rate (cohort) — nine newly qualified solicitors were appointed from cohort referenced in October 2024/updated 2025

Pro Bono
